Door Security

  • Ferco Door Locking Mechanism- It is a 70 mm centred locking system which suits most of the UPVC door locking systems.
  • 4 Roller 1 latch /1 deadbolt Door mechanism lock - It is a 92 mm centred door locking mechanism which suits any of the 92 mm centre door handles. The release of roller cams, solid deadbolts or locking claws is affected by pushing the turn handle down; locking is achieved by pushing the handle upwards; in both cases the handle returns to horizontal position by itself. In order to keep the door locked, the turn handle is arrested by operating the cylinder key.
  • 1 latch/3 deadbolt Door mechanism lock- It is a 92 mm centred UPVC door locking system.   • Multipoint door lock cases- There are various types like gearboxes, sure locks and others. These are lock cases for multipoint locking mechanisms found on UPVC doors. Simple to fit and come complete with a free star bit attachment to help remove the star headed bolts that fasten the case on to the main locking system itself. In a lot of cases there are many variations of multipoint lock but the actual case that houses the gearing and does all the work tends to be the same. There are savings to be made and also the impact on the environment is diminished as only the part that is not working is replaced rather than the whole locking strip. These locks are easier to fir and no cutting edge needed.
  • UPVC Multipoint door locks for UPVC Doors- These are secure by design multipoint locking systems. The handle centres 92mm, hook centres 870mm and mushroom centres 1635mm.

  • Offset Mushroom Espagnolette locking mechanism- The bar is designed for profiles without a euro groove.Profile related keeps with night vent position and has adjustable mushroom cams, 360 hours salt spray corrosion resistance.
    It is available in 20mm backset and 25mm Backset.
  • In-line Mushroom Espagnolette locking mechanism for upvc windows - It is a very versatile replacement window lock mechanism for UPVC windows where the locking system has failed and is simple to fit & very easy to set up. It has an in-line eurogroove-fitting espagnolette bar and rest of the features are similar to the offset locking system.
  • U-Rail window locking mechanism- It has been has been widely used over many years in different brands of windows.Usually found in older type windows this locking mechanism is made with 20mm & 25mm backset.
  • Shootbolt system - It is a replacement gearbox for the shootbolt window locking mechanism. It is a fast fitting casement shootbolt system with a minimum amount of components. It has profile designated striker plates with a night vent position and adjustable length on the shootbolt throw. The Mushroom and shootbolt striker plates interlock for maximum security. Passive shootbolt for security purposes only.Compression is achieved by adjustable mushroom bolt, on sash rebate sizes over 400mm.
  • Reverse action inline locking gearbox -It is an in-line security espagnolette locking system. It has fast and simple fabrication and is compatible with all eurogrooved profile systems. It features twin adjustable bi-directional mushroom cams on the 200, 800, 1000 and 1200mm versions, offering anti-jemmy and anti-separation protection.
  • Saracen Window gearbox - It provides a multi-point locking solution for PVC-U windows. The unique combination of a robust central deadlock, bi-directional bars and profile keeps offers a cost effective solution for window security. The bi-directional bolts secure the window to the outer frame locating into profile keeps.
  • Saracen Dead lock gearbox- The Saracen Deadlock may be fitted internally or can be assembled prior to dropping into a eurogroove. An ideal security solution for most casement windows. Deadlock consists of shootbolts and a unique central gearbox with a deadlock. Shootbolt rods are available in four lengths and are simple to connect to the gearbox with easy to adjust screw thread action to suit any tolerance variations. The Saracen Deadlock is the ideal solution for eurogroove applications and offers a cost effective solution for window security.
  • Trojan Stallion 2 window locking shoot bolt mechanism- It is for ultimate corrosion resistance with a fast-fit telescopic design with auto setting function which reduces fabrication time with no need for cropping. It clips into eurogroove reducing the number of screws required. The locking cams are compression adjustable and the rising cam system provides better sash to frame clearance.
